A Study On Social Work Project Evaluation

This paper focuses on the assessment process of the project and the impact of the assessment activities on social work service.This paper selects the Long Interview as the research method,and the social workers and project leaders,residential community staff involved are the main interviewees as the informants of this research.It has been found that there is a positive effect on the social work in the process of assessment,and in some respect,it has indeed achieved the purpose of "promoting good" and has also helped to improve the social worker's ability.However,There are also some problems,including the assessment mechanism,and social recognition of social workers' value orientation,and so on.The value conflicts between social workers and assessment experts,the level of professionalization of the experts involved,and project supervision issues,have proved the main obstacles to the localization of the profession.Suggestions to the development of the profession include to improve the assessment mechanism,to explore the localization of the assessment model,to adhere to the integrity of the assessment process,to enhance the professional assessment team,to pay attention to the capacity of social workers,and to pay attention to play the role of social work supervision.
