Exploration Of "Social Worker+Volunteer" Model In Social Work Service

Under the background of the development of the high quality of people's lives in China,social work organizations as social forces play an increasingly important role in public service construction.At present,some social work organizations in China are facing the problems of shortage of talents and resources.The government actively advocates supporting volunteers and social workers to complement their linkage resources,but the linkage mode is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,in the process of linkage implementation,they are faced with the problems of lack of communication between the two workers,low recognition of social workers,heavy administrative color,lack of linkage funds and poor linkage effect.Based on the analysis of "Social Worker + Volunteer" project of S Social Work Service Institute in N City of Jiangsu Province,and referring to the relevant cases of "Social Worker + Volunteer" model in other areas of China and combining with the development characteristics of the organization itself,this paper provides relevant ideas for the implementation and improvement of the "Social Worker + Volunteer" model of social work institutions in China.Taking the S Social Work Service Institute in N City of Jiangsu Province as the research object,this paper comprehensively uses various research methods to analyze the current situation of the implementation of the "Social Worker + Volunteer" model of social work institutions.Through interviews,observations and field studies,it obtains the materials needed in the article.It draws on the experience of social work organizations in Yangzhou,Lianyungang and Suzhou,and combines its own development characteristics,from macro to meso.From the micro point of view,it puts forward perfect countermeasures and methods,including the construction of linkage system,the refinement of the role division of linkage,the cooperation with charity associations and network fund-raising platforms,in order to promote the effective operation of the "Social Worker + Volunteer" model and build a long-term development path of social work organizations.
