Research On Government 's Governance Of Public Crisis In Internet Era

In recent years,with the rapid development and widely used of network technology,China has entered the Internet era.Internet “ explosive ” mode of transmission,“ random ” release characteristics,“weak connection”mode of action,on the one hand,create favorable conditionsfor the government in public crisis management in a timely manner to obtain,publish crisis information in order to effectively conduct public opinion and crisis communication,On the other hand,it puts forward a strong challenge to the public opinion-oriented,management timeliness,decision-making accuracy,information transparency and disposal effectiveness of government public crisis management.Therefore,in the Internet age,how to fully grasp the opportunities and challenges of public crisis management in the new environment,perfect and innovate the traditional public crisis management mechanism,so as to effectively manage the public crisis,improve the government's credibility,shape the government image,This study is based on the background of this era,from the crisis management theory,combined with a wide range of academic attention caused by the 8.12 Tianjin big bang accident,the Internet era of our government public crisis management The main problems of the study,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,with a view to the network era of public crisis management to provide theoretical and practical reference.On the whole,this study is divided into four parts except the introduction and conclusion,the first part of the Internet era and public crisis governance outlined.The second part introduces the opportunities and challenges that our government's public crisis governance faces in the Internet age.The third part of the "8.12" case of the case of Tianjin big bang accident,reveals the Internet era of China's public crisis management problems,and the corresponding reasons: First,the role of the Internet is not enough to lead to public crisis management efficiency is not high;Second,the Internet supervision is not enough to lead to the rapid spread of the network rumors and spread;Third,the network of public opinion does not respond promptly lead to increased public awareness;Fourth,the lack of professional institutions and talent led to poor response to the network crisis;Fifth,The lack of laws and regulations lead to the lack of institutional security of public crisis management,six is the role of non-governmental organizations not enough to lead to public crisis management of social participation is insufficient,this part is the focus of this paper.The fouth part puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the government's public crisis management in the Internet age: First,attach great importance to the role of the Internet in public crisis management;the second is to strengthen the network self-discipline and network gatekeeper to create a good crisis management of public opinion environment;Three is to strengthen the network era of crisis management of professional institutions and talent construction,innovation and public opinion management;Fourth,to speed up the network era of public crisis management of the pace of legal construction;five is to strengthen the network era of public crisis collaborative governance construction,construction of service-oriented government.This part is the conclusion of this study.
