There is a myth in the teaching of our argumentative writing. That is as long as the writing skill that have been taught by our teachers, students would be able to use it freely. But, in fact, knowing a kind of writing skill and using this kind of skill appropriately are two different things.For that reason, the first problem we need to solve now is to teach students to put the theory into practice. That is to guide students to modify their argumentative writings. Only focusing on strengthening the students' ability of argumentative writings' modification, can make students to master the real argumentative writing skill.During the process of study, the author found that the study of training on high school students about the ability of argumentative writings'modification is still nearly blank. So this paper is focus on this subject.The research method during this study is as follows:questionnaire investigation, literature research, case analysis and experience summary method, etc.After the process of this study, there are still quite a lot of problems left.
