On account of implementing well-rounded education in our country,music education plays particularly important role.“Music Class” has been more necessary and treated seriously by school,which stands a vital role in art education.But because of lacking fiscal suport and adaptable policies and other reasons,many high school can not affort the cost to buy these equipments and recruit the experienced teachers to meet the music curriculum needs.By contrast,the university's music education facilities and teachers are superior than the high schools.Under the heavey pressure of the college entrance examination,high school students need happy and relaxed music classrooms.Therefore,high school music classroom needs to recruit more young music teachers to refresh the heart and mind to these students.Also,the students that major in music in college need to have more practice activities in some suitable place like "high school classroom",especially for music education personnel training.The writer put forward whether the two music education resources should be integrated,and gain what they need each other.The integration of college and high school music education resources can be better and more reasonable to use the music education resources to enhance the practical performance of college students and teaching ability,and make contributions to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and boost the development of education.In this thesis,the questionnaire survey was conducted on 500 students.Some students who major in music teaching come from Music and Dance School of Xinyu College,and the other students are from Xinyu fourth high school.In addition,the eassy had survey on the teachers from School of Music and Dance in Xinyu College,and leaders and music teachers of Xinyu fourth high school.Using excel and SPSS sorted out the data of the survey and analyzed the factors that affect the integration of music education resources in high school and universities.According to the analysis,the reasearch formulated countermeasures: Firstly,change the concept and integration of ideas;Secondly,multi-investment resources and keep resources security;Thirdly,improve mechanism and integrate strategies.
