Marathon is a kind of sports invested with social and economic values.Nowadays,this kind of sport has been hotly held everywhere,more and more people has been committed to it.It is an item with potential superiority in our country.Under the increasingly fierce international competition,Chinese women's competitiveness on this item were gradually declining.Currently,almost nobody can break 2:20:00.What's more,there were many outstanding women athletes do not bring their superiority into full play in this match.As we know,pre-competition training can directly affect those high-level athletes to reach their best condition,while the research into the pre-competition training of the excellent marathon athlete were few.How to carry on scientific and reasonable training before competition became a big problem to researchers and coaches.Theory originated from practice,the training experience,especially the successful ones of our elite athletes,is of great help to the knowledge of training.Through collecting materials of the pre-competition training of excellent marathon runners and sorting success case of those outstanding female marathon runners' pre-competition preparation in recent years,this study used literature,observational method,investigation,mathematical statistics to investigate the pre-training programs of five Chinese outstanding female marathon athletes,analyzed from the pre-competition stage,training content,method,means and load.The aims of the study was to explore the pre-competition training characteristics of our outstanding female marathon runners and try to find out whether there are some regularities,in order to give some reference for Chinese women marathon runners to prepare for the contest in the future,thus promote the development of marathon training.According to the research,conclusions can be drawn as follows:1.On the time selection of pre-competition training by our outstanding female marathon athletes,a total duration of 70-80 days is preferred.According to the purpose and mission of pre-competition training,three small stage can be divided:Strengthen adaption periods,strengthening period and adjustment period,the training mode can be plain-plateau – plain.2.The content of pre-competition training is systemic and special.Not too big change occurred in the pre-competition training stage.Aerobic training were throughout theentire stage,anaerobic training and cross training are also necessary to improve the efficiency of the pre-competition training.3.On the training methods of pre-competition training by our outstanding female marathon athletes,continuance training method,interval training method and combination method were commonly used,in addition,these three methods are almost throughout the whole stage,most of the athletes are mainly trained in interval training method.4.The means of pre-competition training is also continuous.The most widely used means were 1000-5000 meters and 20-30 km.At the same time,some other commonly used training methods would be adapted to make training more diverse.5.On the pre-competition training load of our outstanding female marathon athletes,many times of small load training methods was used to maintain a certain load,priority were given to small and medium intensity load,then collocating the strength appropriately within the scope of aerobic metabolism.Extend to maintain high speed running time...
