Study On Reserve Talents Cultivation Of Chinese Competitive Sailing And Windsurfing

Sailing and Windsurfing,relying on natural wind force are used to the sail to drive the hull forward movement.With the continuous growth of the national economy and the steady acceleration of urbanization,sailing and windsurfing are also developing more and more rapidly.Throughout the world sailing and windsurfing powerhouses,in addition to training and competition conditions are excellent,strong reserve talents force is to maintain an important condition for sailing and windsurfing powerhouses.Therefore,the training of reserve talents is of great significance to the future development of sailing and windsurfing.The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical basis and reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the youth sailing and windsurfing in China,so as to promote the training of the competitive reserve talents more scientifically in China.This paper uses document literature,the field investigation,the expert interview and the mathematical statistic method,and takes the cultivation of the youth sailing and windsurfing reserve talents in our country as the research object.Around the following aspects: the basic construction of reserve talents;Situation of reserve talents;athlete's cultural education;situation of young athlete coaches;training of the coaches;reserve talents training model;youth training and competition;safeguard measures for cultivating reserve talents,makes a systematic analysis of the overall situation of the cultivation of the youth sailing and windsurfing reserve talents in China.Studying the existing problems and finding out the countermeasures for the development of sailing and windsurfing.The results show: China has ten provinces to carry out the youth competitive sailing and windsurfing training,the number of sports schools at all levels and training bases are both small,traditional sports schools have not been developed,resulting in a single training model;the number of training athletes is relatively increased,the age structure is reasonable,but lack high-level outstanding young athletes;the contradiction between learning and training is outstanding,and pre-competition cultural testing should be improved;the number of coaches is basically adequate,most of them are college degree,training opportunities are limited;scientific training is not high,the implementation of the training program is not ideal,the number of games less than normal;safeguard policy is relatively perfect,but the training funding is insufficient.On the basis of the above,aiming at the problem of cultivating reserve talents in sailing and windsurfing,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the reserve talents training.through policy support to promote a good hydrological resources inland areas to carry out sailing training;To develop sports schools and training bases at all levels of the school mode,to promote sailing and windsurfing into the campus;youth training camp as a centralized training mode,and a strong convergence of domestic and international competitions;to the training program as the main guide,the latest international training theory and methods to supplement,really improve the level of youth training,increase the number of matches or the manner in which the game is played;to develop different age athletes cultural and educational methods,increase the pre-match culture test the amount of test bank;strengthen the construction of coaches training system,and introduce the international training system;explore diversified training mode,widen the sources of funding sources.
