This paper mainly uses the experimental research method to carry out the 12-week Taijiquan "hip practice" intervention experiment in 60 middle-aged people of Chengde Petroleum College.We can see the effect of Taijiquan "hip exercise" on Regional Function of Hip Joint in Middle-aged people through the comparison of the test data of the experimental object before and after the experiment.So as to select the appropriate fitness for the elderly to prevent hip disease,improve hip function to bring the theoretical basis and practical experience?The experimental arrangements include the following:Research purposes:Analysis of the effect of Taijiquan "hip exercise" on the Function of Hip Joint in Middle and Elderly peopleResearch methods:60 elderly patients with hip function were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was subjected to routine physical activity,while Taijiquan group was carried out on the basis of routine activity.The 12-week Taijiquan exercise was performed on subjective Harris test evaluation and objective test evaluation(including single-foot standing balance test,straight leg hurdle test,seat flexion test,supine Leg elevation test)to detect the flexibility and stability of the hip joint before and after the experiment.Research result: In the experiment,we found that the test data before and after the experiment were very significant difference(P <0.01),and the test data after the experiment were higher than the pre-experimental data;whether it was objective test or Harris subjective test,during the experiment Group of test data showed a few weeks before the data changes are not large,data increase in the first 5-10 weeks,11-12 weeks slowdown in data growth trend;Analysis conclusion:(1)Taijiquan "hip exercise" can significantly improve the hip function in the elderly;(2)explain the experimental period,the first 4 weeks Taijiquan "hip exercises" on the elderly in the hip function enhancement(3)Taijiquan exercise on the elderly in the hip function to enhance the impact of a very comprehensive.I t can improve the stability and flexibility of the hip;both in the elderly to improve the objective activity of the hip,but also for the elderly to eliminate pain,increase the flexibility of activities such as good subjective experience.
