Teaching in accordance with their aptitude,which is one of the important educational ideas of Confucius,referring to the students according to the characteristics of personality,interest and ability to take the appropriate teaching strategies.Based on the interpretation of the original content of the Analects of Confucius,this paper analyzes the connotation of "material" and the understanding of Confucius' thought of teaching students according to their aptitude,and finds the fit point with the teaching of contemporary writing level,which can help us respect the differences of students and not violate the essence of teaching students according to their aptitude,even more effective to enhance students' writing ability.Confucius through the "words","listen","view","inspection","reflection" and other methods to understand the disciples.This paper mainly through the form of questionnaire to understand the level of students writing,but also stressed the language teacher,who teaching in the classroom,usually get along with the students,should continue to complement and improve the students writing files and data.Mastering this information,help teachers to fully understand the students,but also the necessary prerequisite of implementation of individual education strategies.According to the data displayed in the questionnaire,we can analyze the students' writing problems and the present situation,and discusses the strategies of teaching students in different ways from the three aspects of writing material,writing process and writing evaluation.Lack of writing material is a common problem of students,we can start from the texts which are the students like,then extend reading out of class,and contact with the actual life.At last,regular,directional and quantitative accumulation of writing material,which can training students' habits of writing reading notes.When the teacher is instructing the student writing,can be based on the specific problems students exist,and take a special breakthrough method,one by one to solve the problems,at the same time,the teacher should be concerned about the interests and strengths of students,take appropriate special training,so that students enjoy the fun of writing.In terms of writing commentary,first of all,teachers should let students understand the meaning of writing,the expression of true feelings is more important than the writing skills,at the same time,we can let parents,students participate in the evaluation of writing,in addition,self-assessment cannot be ignored.
