Recently with the national practice of “three year plan”,more attention is paid to preschool education,and kindergartens has been built in most regions,thus the number of new kindergartens has been increased significantly which is followed by increasingly expanded number of kindergarten teachers.However,in terms of either the new teachers whose major is preschool education or those whose major is not,there are still a lot of difficulties and problems in the early practice of education.Therefore,studying the new kindergarten teachers has very important practical significance.Qualitative research methods are adopted in this paper including observation,interviews,and physical analysis methods.This paper takes 7 kindergarten teachers as the research object.After observing and analyzing their practice in kindergarten which lasts for a period of 3 months,summarization of the problems arising from the practice of new teachers in the interaction between teachers and children,communication with parents and in the scientific research is carried out.Besides,this paper collects material by in-depth interviews and the analysis of material object,and profoundly analyzes the causes behind the new kindergarten teachers' practice.Take these overall factors into consideration,the methods of improving the new teachers ' professional level is concluded as follows:First,intensify the practice courses in colleges and universities and lengthen the time of internship.Second,give new teachers some training centered on the practice of the method of Vocational Education.Third,adjust the state of mind,the correct their attitude to the initial stage.Fourth,reflect in observation and practice in growth.Fifth,establish cooperation between teachers and students and achieve the effect of mutual benefits between teacher and students.
