Oilfield Sewage Discharge Indicator Monitoring System

With the development of economy and science technology demand, the domestic oil field exploitation has entered the later period and the quantity of sewage increased gradually. Of which, part should be processed before discharging in the surface. However, there may be some harmful content that exceed the bid and cannot meet the national sewage discharge standards after unreasonable process. If pull it to the environment directly, the water will be polluted and may also be enriched in some fish and shellfish, ultimately harm the human body. So, Emission monitoring of oil field wastewater treatment has become the focus of current research.In view of the present sewage monitoring complication, this paper puts forward the water quality monitoring system based on Kingview. In it, a collection and monitoring system was built based on Kingview software that can monitor sewage indexes. The system mainly implements the data read online, data report query, history trend curve display, overrun alarm, limit emissions and so on.It also save a lot of manpower material resources.Paper first introduces the trend of sewage water quality monitoring about home and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional water quality monitoring system, provided the monitoring system of oil water discharge design thought. According to the requirement of the monitor system, choose hardware selection consider of system composition and functions of data acquisition. The system contained hardware system and software system, using the remote I/O module ADAM4017 that made in China collecting data and establishing communication with the upper machine through ADAM4520 module and put the data upload first place machine and employing the Kingview6.53 realize the configuration of the system. Considering of the field control and data acquisition provided control program, realized system requirements, which can monitored the oil sewage discharge. In the monitoring center it will send commands to the S7-200 PLC control unit to realize the remote control of sewage.In this paper, the sewage monitoring research can help to carry out the water quality automatic monitoring projectim plementation and. It provide for environmental departments with the real-time monitoring of water quality and water quality prediction and prevention of technical support.
