Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea Damp-heat Syndrome With Gegen Qilian Decoction

Objective: According to clinical observation to the acupoint sticking of Gegenqinlian decoction in treating the infantile dampness-heat diarrhea,this thesis could give further evidence in the popularization that the traditional Chinese medicine is effective and efficient in the guidance and service to evaluation of pediatric and diarrhea clinical curative effect and drug safety,exploring the curative effects of yongquan point and tianshu point to give clinical reference.Methods: 90 cases of children with acute diarrhea(syndrome of dampness-heat)were randomly divided into 3 groups,including treatment group 1(yongquan point group),treatment group 2(tianshu point group),control group(western medicine treatment group),all 30 cases.Three groups of children with oral Montmorillonite powder and Combined clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders,of which group 1 and group 2 on the basis of Gegenqinlian decoction respectively used attach yongquan point,tianshu point for a period of treatment,each group was treated with a course of 1 period for 3 days.Observe the primary symptom integral,total integral syndrome,the effect of TCM syndrome,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.The total efficiency of yongquan point group was 93.33%,the total efficiency of tianshu point group was 96.76%,the total efficiency of the western medicine treatment group was 80.00%,yongquan point group,tianshu point group and the western medicine treatment group comparative difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),yongquan point group and tianshu point group to compare differences in the 2 groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Thus,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,otherwise there is no difference between the treatment groups.2.Both of the treatment groups and and control group after the treatment were lower than before treatment for primary symptom integral,total score,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),each group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.Yongquan point group and tianshu point group’s primary symptom integral and total integral syndrome after the treatment were lower than western medicine treatment group’s primary symptom integral and total integral syndrome,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),yongquan point group,tianshu point group’s symptom integral and total integral syndrome compare differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group and there is no difference between the treatment groups.3.There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of abnormal stool routine(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Gegenqinlian decoction with Acupoint Application in the treatment of diarrhea in children with damp heat syndrome is significant,and all Yongquan Tianshu can be used as the treatment of acupoint selection,both in improving clinical symptoms,improve the clinical efficacy have no significant difference.The selected drugs in this study is safe and effective clinically,no obvious adverse reactions.
