Observation On Clinical Efficacy Of Qinge Zhixie Decoction Combined With Sticking Therapy In Children With Diarrhea With Damp-heat

Purpose:Observe the clinical curative effect of Qinge Zhixie decoction combined with sticking therapy for children with damp-heat diarrhea and monitor the safety of clinical use.Through the internal medicine and external treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine to treat children with damp-heat diarrhea,record the changes of related symptoms during the treatment of each group of children,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the combination of internal and external treatment of children with damp-heat diarrhea,observe whether it can be improved Clinically relevant symptoms,shorten clinical treatment time,and improve the efficiency of diarrhea cure in children.Method: The 70 children with damp-heat diarrhea patients were selected for clinical observation and were randomly divided into 2 groups: the 35 patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Qinge Zhixie decoction and antidiarrheal ointment,the 35 patients in the control group were treated with Qinge Zhixie decoction alone.After one course of treatment,the improvement of the main symptoms and symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Result: The total effective rate of the control group is 80%,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 94%.Analysis of the data,the rank sum test,P value of <0.05,suggesting that the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.However,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The use of Qinge Zhixie decoction and antidiarrheal ointment could improve the cure rate of diarrhea in children.In the comparison between the improvement of stool frequency and stool characteristics,the P value was less than 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the main symptoms.In the comparison of the improvement of the secondary diet,the P values were all less than 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving diet.Conclusion: The use of taking Chinese medicine decoction combined with external sticking therapy can significantly improve the relevant clinical symptoms of children with damp-heat diarrhea,shorten the treatment time,improve the treatment effect,reduce the pain of children.
