Background:Gexia Zhuyu Tang originated from Yilin Gaicuo,written by Wang Qingren in the Qing dynasty.Wang Qingren was a famous traditional Chinese medicine clinical practitioner,has made a great contribution on human anatomy.On this basis,he gave priority to qi and blood syndrome and put forward a series of prescriptions on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,with widely clinical applications.Professor Jia Haizhong,greatly admired Yilin Gaicuo,inherited and developed the academic thoughts of Wang Qingren.Professor Jia Haizhong attached great importance to Qi and Blood in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,often treated diseases through promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Curative effects were distinct,especially for complicated illnesses.The digestive system blood stasis syndromes mainly referred to that blood stasis was the vital pathogenesis in the digestive system diseases,including Chronic diarrhea,gastritis,stomach ulcer and other modern western medical diseases.Professor Jia Haizhong used Gexia Zhuyu Tang to treat mostly digestive system blood stasis syndromes in clinical.Curative effect was remarkable.Objective:To summarize professor Jia Haizhong’s clinical experience in using Gexia Zhuyu Tang to treat digestive system blood stasis syndromes,and to clear dialectical points.By the way,providing new therapy ideas for digestive system blood stasis syndromes to improve the clinical curative effect.Methods:The first part is the literature review,summarizing the latest clinical application and experimental study progress of Gexia Zhuyu Tang,and discussing its application mainly in diseases of the digestive system and the important role of blood stasis in the related diseases.The second part is a summary of the clinical experience of professor Jia Haizhong.First of all,according to Yilin Gaicuo and modern diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome,we summarized and generalized the integrated diagnosis of digestive system blood stasis,and emphasized that the original article of Gexia Zhuyu Tang in Yilin Gaicuo should be considered first.This is based on the extensive practice experience and reliable clinical curative effect of professor Jia,with high clinical guidance value.Secondly,we summarized the experience of the clinical application of professor jia’s clinical application and the experience of addition and subtraction.44 cases of Gexia Zhuyu Tang(≥9 herbs)for treating digestive system blood stasis syndromes by professor Jia were summed up in recent 2 years.which involved a total of 26 kinds of digestive system disease.Iit summarized as four kinds of diseases,which were abdominl(flank)pain(bloat)symptoms,abnormal stool symptoms,abdominal temperature paresthesia and other symptoms.The therapeutic effect of each type of symptom was summarized according to the frequency of the symptoms.Typical cases were provided for learning and reference.Finally we introduced the auxiliary treatment of blood stasis of the digestive system,such as acupuncture and moxibustion,diet,and modern therapy,playing an important role in the patient’s rehabilitation and clinical efficacy.Results:1.Gexia Zhuyu Tang was widely used in clinical,mainly in the digestive system,reproductive system,cardiovascular system,endocrine system,with distinct effects.2.The digestive system blood stasis syndromes mainly covered of chronic atrophic gastritis,gastric ulcer,gastrointestinal dysfunctions in diabetes,precancerous lesion in stomach,ulcerative colitis,postoperative intestinal adhesion.3.The diagnosis of digestive system blood stasis syndromes should refer to Yilin Gaicuo and modern diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome,and gave priority to the original article of Gexia Zhuyu Tang in Yilin Gaicuo.4.Professor Jia mainly used Gexia Zhuyu Tang to treat abdominl(threats)pain(bloat)symptoms,abnormal stool symptoms,abdominal temperature paresthesia and other symptoms,including 26 kinds of symptoms,such as total abdominal pain,mid upper abdominal pain,left upper abdominal pain,right upper abdominal pain,cold pain in belly button,pain around belly button,abdominal distension,upper abdominal distension,lower abdominal distension,lower abdominal distension and pain,pain in the right flank,diarrhoea,defecate number at right side reduce stool,oily,hard,epigastric sense of cold,chest thermal,thermal womb,pantothenic acid,nausea,belching,heartburn,bowel,vector,akujiki cold,dry mouth with no more drinks.5.In addition to drug therapy,adjuvant therapy such as diet,acupuncture and mood also played an important role in the digestive system blood stasis syndromes.Conclusion:Professor Jia Haizhong mostly applied Gexia Zhuyu Tang to treat digestive system blood stasis syndromes,with remarkable effects in clinical.We should grasp dialectical points and be flexible in clincal applications.
