Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For Nourishing The Kidney And Regulating The Liver To Treat Hypofunction Of Ovarian Reserve Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture treatment for Diminished Ovarian Reserve of the kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation syndrome with the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver,and the effect of the method on ovarian reserve function is discussed by the changes of the level of sex hormone.Methods:51cases of the kidney deficiency and liver stagnation of DOR patients were randomly divided into two groups.the treatment group（26 cases）was given acupuncture treatment of the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver,the control group（25 cases）was given the treatment of oral Climen.3 menstrual cycles was used for 1 courses of treatment.To bserve two groups of TCM syndrome score and the menstrual cycle of 2-5 days of hormone levels before and after treatment,including follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）and luteinizing hormone（LH）and the ratio of FSH/LH and estradiol（E₂）,and compare TCM symptoms between the two groups,the overall clinical efficacy and effect on the basis of sex hormone levels.Results:Compared with before treatment,two groups of TCM syndrome score were decreased.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,which showed that the two groups could effectively improve the TCM syndrome.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the D-value between the symptoms and the symptoms before and after the treatment.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）,indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was similar.Compared with before treatment,FSH and LH levels were decreased in two groups,the level of E₂ increased,the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）,it show that both of two groups have favorable effects on sex hormone level.The difference value between the two groups before and after treatment of FSH and LH,the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）,it shows that the two groups have the same effect on FSH and LH.The treatment group of the difference be tween the two groups of E₂ before and after treatment was less than the control group.the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,it showed that the treatment group was not predominant in regulating the level of E_2.Two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison,the treatment group effective rate is88.5%,the control group is 80%,the difference is not statistically significant（P>0.05）,indicating that the two groups curative effect is quite effective.The overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was 84.62%compared with 88%in the control group.Conclusion:Utilizing the method of the acupuncture treatment of tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver can effectively improve clinical symptoms and has a benign regulation of sex hormone levels as much as the Climen.It can be popularized and applied to the clinic.
