| Objective:By observing the "kidney" pregnancy(kidney)in patients with recurrent abortion of pregnancy outcome again,the effect of treatment in patients with recurrent abortion again after pregnancy hormone level changes.To compare the outcomes of the treatment group 50 cases,the control group of the control group of 100 patients were compared,and the clinical efficacy of remedial assisted abortion was observed.In comparison of the 50 cases of TCM syndrome before and after treatment group,the improvement of clinical symptom of recurrent abortion was observed.The use of different ways of spuc treatment the two groups of the control group,comparing the pregnancy outcome in patients with observation of the advantages and disadvantages between different spuc way and optimize the kidney progesterone therapy for the treatment of repetitive abortion,provide scientific basis for treatment of repetitive abortion.Method:Collected in August 2015-February 2016 visits to China academy of sciences of the gate of department of gynaecology hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,150 patients with recurrent miscarriage(kidney),are repetitive in patients with history of abortion,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of kidney,the treatment group(50 cases before pregnancy again oral kidney pregnant 3 months,the control group(1),(2),50 patients were not any western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment before pregnancy again.Treatment group and control group(1)a week after pregnancy in patients with observation of serum E2,P,the changes of beta HCG,according to the hormone level changes,corresponding to progesterone injection,progestin capsule,injection with velvet gonadotrophin,pentanoic acid estradiol treatment(hospital)all drugs are from the gate,and according to the corresponding give spuc treatment after pregnancy in patients with symptoms and signs;In the control group,the treatment was based on the simple use of western medicine.All of the patients have been pregnant for about 8 weeks,and they will be able to see if the fetus is in the center of the fetus,and the pregnancy is done in 12 weeks.If the baby is not in the fetal center,the pregnancy will be terminated at any time.Results:Comparing the results of the research on three groups of cases:1.Two sets of controls the general data,including patient’s age,abortion,menopause days and TCM syndrome scoring were no statistical difference(P>0.05),and the results are comparable.2.Three groups of patients relieve contraception pregnancy after the first doctor again,the treatment group patients serum E2,P level are higher than the control group,suggests that pregnancy pregnant patients treated with kidney can improve pregnancy party of E2 and P level,after the results statistically difference(P<0.05)3.The control group before the two groups did not use any treatment way,at first diagnosis of pregnancy serum E2,P level no difference between the two groups of comparison.4.The treatment group taking kidney pregnancy party after 3 months of TCM syndrome score has reduced significantly,and the results are statistically significant,that kidney pregnancy can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.The success rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group before the pregnancy,which showed that the supplement was significantly better than the control group.6.Two comparison groups,the control group(1)the use of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine spuc,the control group,(2)using pure western medicine spuc success rate have obvious difference(control group(1)92%>control group.(2)88%)Conclusion:Through the above results,the treatment with bushenzhuyun prescription can Improve the function of corpus luteum and regulate hormone levels,especially for the patient of recurrent miscarriage(kidney deficiency type),it has the important function.It can significantly affect the pregnancy outcomes of patientsand improve the success rate of spuc. |
