Therapeutic Effect Of Banxia Xiexin Decoction On Cold And Hot Mixed Reflux Esophagitis

Purpose: The use of Xin Sheng bitter drop on behalf of Fangxia Xiexin soup,Combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules?Reba Patt to the treatment of cold and heat complex type of reflux esophagitis,to observe the clinical efficacy of its treatment,for the combination of Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease to provide clinical basis.Materials and Methods:The patients were selected from January 2015 to November2016 in our hospital digestive medicine outpatients,All patients by clinical diagnosis,are in line with Western diagnostic reflux esophagitis,Chinese medicine syndrome classification for the cold and heat type of diagnostic criteria of 51 patients included.51 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,Treatment group of 27 cases and control group of 24 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Including western medicine PPI preparations,mucosal protective agent),Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules 40 mg once daily orally;Rimbaite 0.1g3 times a day;Treatment group in the traditional treatment on the basis of Western medicine plus Chinese medicine decoction 100 ml 3 times a day,Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine to the heart of the chill of the summer and the heart of the soup side.Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 4 weeks.After treatment,the scores of individual symptoms were analyzed before and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.The improvement rate and the total symptom score were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks,and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results:1.The treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the treatment for 2 weeks.2.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the main clinical symptoms of the patients(P <0.05);The improvement rate of symptom score for 4 weeks was better than that of treatment for 2 weeks.The total symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment and the difference wasstatistically significant(P <0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.30% and70.83% respectively,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with simple Western medicine,the combination of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in improving the clinical symptoms of cold and heat dysplasia of esophagitis obvious advantages,studies have shown that Banxia Xiexin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,have better Clinical efficacy.
