| Objective: To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuling Xiexin Decoction combined with esomeprazole and esomeprazole alone in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(cold-heat complex type),and to explore its feasibility.The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine provides the basis for this disease.Methods: The 72 patients who met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion were collected and divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases each according to the principle of randomization and control.The control group was treated with oral esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets,40 mg each time,once a day for 8 weeks;the treatment group was treated with Zhuling Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group,1 dose a day for treatment 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients were scored with TCM syndrome scores and gastroscope grading scores to compare the recurrence rates of the two groups and evaluate their safety.Comprehensive analysis of Zhulingxiexin Decoction combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of cold-heat complex reflux The clinical efficacy,safety and feasibility of sexual esophagitis.Results:1.Comparison of GERDQ scale points: Comparing the control group and the treatment group respectively,the GERDQ scale points of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05).The GERDQ scores of the two groups after treatment were compared between the groups,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome total score and curative effect: Comparing the control group and the treatment group respectively,the total TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05).Comparing the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment,the total score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).The effective rate(91.7%)of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of single symptom scores of TCM syndromes: compare the control group and the treatment group respectively,before and after treatment,the three main symptoms(poststernal burning pain,acid reflux,and epigastric pain)and four secondary symptoms(loss of appetite,fatigue,fatigue,The scores of bowel movements,loose stools,hand and feet,were significantly reduced(P < 0.05);7 TCM symptoms after treatment were compared between the groups.In the treatment group,post-sternal burning pain,acid reflux,loss of appetite,bowel movements,loose stools,The curative effect of hand and foot hypothermia was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);while the treatment group had no significant difference in gastric pain and fatigue and fatigue compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of gastroscopy score and efficacy: Compare the control group and the treatment group respectively,the gastroscopy scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05).the gastroscopy scores of the two groups after treatment were compared between the groups,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group Group(P<0.05).;after treatment,the effective rate of gastroscopy in the treatment group(80.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group(14.7%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(39.4%),suggesting that the treatment group has a low recurrence rate and better long-term efficacy(P<0.05)..6.Safety comparison: There were no obvious abnormalities in the examinations of blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.,in the two groups before and after treatment,and there were no obvious adverse reactions after the treatment.Conclusion: The combination of Zhuling Xiexin Decoction and esomeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis due to cold and heat can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine and endoscopic inflammation,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the long-term efficacy,and have high safety,which is worthwhile The clinical application is further promoted. |
