Clinical Efficacy Of Xiyanping Injection In The Treatment Of Community-acquired Pneumonia In The Elderly

Purpose:To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia(lung phlegm heat syndrome)clinical symptoms,signs,48 h fever,body temperature returned to normal time,peripheral white blood cells,high sensitive C reactive protein,procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and lung CT to improve the situation,evaluation Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia(lung phlegm heat syndrome)clinical curative effect.Material and method: The elderly community income from June 2016 to February2017 the PLA 463 rd Hospital Department of respiration ward acquired pneumonia(phlegm heat in the lung)80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Xi Yanping routine therapy)and control group(routine therapy).The course of treatment was 10 days,10 days after treatment and observation the control group of patients(the main symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest pain),secondary symptoms(fever,thirst,stool)signs(rales),fever and fever symptoms disappeared 48 h days,peripheral white blood cell count(White blood,cell,WBC),high sensitive C reactive protein(High-sensitivity C-reactive protein.Hs-CRP),procalcitonin(Procalcitonin,PCT)and serum interleukin-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)and improve clinical efficacy.Results:1.In the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.05%.,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)2.In the TCM syndrome score and fever time,the treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome score,total score(except for thirst,stool outside),48 h fever and temperature returned to normal time than the control group improved significantly(P < 0.05)3.In the anti infection,peripheral blood WBC,two groups of hs-CRP,IL-6 and CT in lung inflammation absorption after treatment,the treatment group than the control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),PCT after treatment,no statistically significant differencebetween the groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Basic routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia(lung phlegm heat syndrome)clinical curative effect.2.Basic routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia(phlegm heat in the lung),the clinical symptoms(cough,expectoration,fever),signs(rales)and total scores,were better than that of conventional western medicine treatment,conducive to disease outcome and can shorten the time of fever and fever the number of days.3.Basic routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia(phlegm heat in the lung),can further improve the peripheral blood WBC,hs-CRP,IL-6,CT in lung inflammation absorption and promote the absorption of inflammation.
