Most research in project schedule management obtained some achievements,and appliedto various areas of industry.In China,there are many researches on the actual operation and use of the large and medium-sized civil building engineering and other projects,however,there are few researches on the schedule management of surveying and mapping geoinformation science,especially aerial photogrammetry,even ignored the schedule optimization of management process.Along with the scale of the project undertaken by the surveying and mapping companyis getting larger and larger,the proprietor requires progress faster and faster.The application of photogrammetry technology in the surveying and mapping geoinformation industry is becoming more and more important.If our mapping companydelayed delivery of project mapping result,not only affects the whole project planning,construction progress,but also affect the social effects and economic benefits of the project.It is necessary to discuss the progress management of aerial photogrammetry project to improve the management level.Based on the above understanding,In this paper will apply of the project schedule management relevant theoretical knowledge to the W aerial photogrammetry project.In this paper,the main research contents are six aspects.Firstly,For the W Aerial Photogrammetry Project Overview of the actual situation.Secondly:According to the schedule management relevant theoretical knowledge,for the W aerial photogrammetry project to divided into the following categories,project description,project decomposition,the job description,Work responsibility allocation,in the case of only a helicopter resources determine the logical relations,work duration estimation,draw the network diagram and time parameters are calculated,and a preliminary schedule.Thirdly,Have the preliminary schedule analysis and judgment on the basis of parallel work if there is a resource conflict,work for non-critical path of resource conflict using the total time that will be the earliest completion time delay,this can solve the problem of limited resources and will not affect the critical path time limit for a project.Fourthly,Because of the initial schedule period more than time for a project,Needs further optimization of preliminary schedule time limit for a project.In the critical path of duration Compress time at the same time,AS consider to some non-critical path work to the earliest time delay as a result of limited resources.On the basis of these conditions may lead to the critical path of a preliminary schedule change,Considering the above questions,make reasonable duration of work adjustment I think that is reasonable.The fifth,Further calculation to optimize the working time parameters,Not only meet the problem of limited resources but also meet the requirement of time limit for a project,in the end determine the optimized scheduling.The sixth,to control the project progress which by setting the corresponding schedule control system and security measures to make it as far as possible according to the schedule,so that to ensure that the final project is up to the standards.
