Research On Schedule Management Of Guangxi Marine Cadastral Survey

With the proposal of the strategy of marine powers in Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,more and more attention has been paid to the development of marine economy?the protection of marine ecological environment?the maintenance of marine rights,also the marine engineering construction projects have gradually increased.Nevertheless,in the face of large-scale and complex marine engineering involving many fields,project management looks to be a complicated and arduous task.How to improve the level of project management by means of scientific project management theory and method is the necessary problem that must be solved in the current marine engineering project management.Schedule,quality and cost management are the three important objectives of project management,especially in complex marine engineering projects,project schedule management plays a vital role in the success of the project.The main task of schedule management is maintaining the balance between cost and quality in the project.Schedule management includes the following main contents:compile progress plan?implement project progress?track and check project progress,correct or reduce progress deviation.Reasonable and detailed project schedule is the basis of project management.It is the core of project schedule management to adopt professional and scientific progress planning compiling method.Based on the Guangxi marine cadastral survey project as a specific case,combined with the basic principle and technical methods of schedule management,analyzed a series of problems in early stage of schedule management,and adopt scientific techniques to rectify the progress and avoid risks in the subsequent project implementation.The first and second chapter have analyzed the current relevant research situation of progress management at international and domestic,also have introduced the theory and technological means of universal application.Afterwards,the paper introduces the basic situation of Guangxi marine cadastral survey project,and summarizes the problems existing in the project progress management.Then,aim at the Guangxi marine cadastral survey project,the allocation of time and resources have been optimized and project schedule have been formulated by adopting WBS?Gantt chart?network graph and critical path method.The dynamic tracking control of project progress have used MS Project,it could been timely discovering and analyzing problems,and by means of increasing more resources and work time and using economic measures to rectify,the project passed the acceptance,finally make sure the project pass the acceptance inspection succesfully.
