With the continuous advancement of China's inland navigation and shipping technologies,the shipping industry has developed rapidly.the number of ships entering and leaving Hong Kong and the coverage density of ships have gradually increased in recent years.Therefore,every inland waterway management department and shipping company are There is an urgent need to be able to know and manage sailing conditions of the ship at any time in order to provide immediate and effective service and guarantee for the safe navigation of the ship.The traditional C/S model used by most of the current chart monitoring platforms for ships is the system architecture,.With the development of WEB technology,the B/S architecture has been released and quickly become the main framework for software development.This paper first analyzes and contrasts the two kinds of architectures and proposes the significance and importance of the research and implementation of Web charts.In this paper,after studying the traditional electronic chart on the basis of the relevant standards and norms,combined with the current chart of lack of land information factors,concluded a new system based on Google map Web chart.Based on the analysis of electronic chart data and Google mapping,the electronic chart is designed and implemented for the whole subject.The main contents include:(1)study the basic theory of s-57 electronic chart data,the data model,conform to the presentation library and the electronic chart packaging standard,deeply understand the data structure of the chart,and analyze the theoretical basis of the chart.(2)in the process of analyzing the data of s-57 chart,a data processing class library based on the third party class library ISO 8211 Lib is designed.(3)A spatial database is designed to store the data of chart data.(4)Draw Google map and draw the Web chart on the basis of this map..In the process of research,S-57 and S-52 in the analysis and research,the standard electronic chart S-57,data structure,the target of category and the symbol library has carried on the detailed analysis and description;Also focuses on the Google map subdivision,according to the storage,loading and pseudo stepless scale research,the last layer is added in the Google map drawing load chart target ship information,etc.,to complete the Web chart system.
