The Research On Water Resources Management Division Of Liuyang City Based On The Idea Of Water Ecological Civilization

The partition of water resources management put the administrative area as a basic unit,and the unit of identity such as the natural attribute of water res ources,the existing problem,the management target,and the like as the same management area,and according to local conditions make the development o f water resources planning for the partition.Study on Liuyang City,we will be using AHP,entropy method,ArcGIS spatial analysis,fuzzy clustering and other methods,study on the division of water resources management in Liuya ng City.The main work and innovation of this study are summarized as follo ws:1)Through the analysis of water resources management content and wate r ecological civilization construction,this paper explores the relationship betwee n water ecological civilization and water resources management:the concept of water ecological civilization is the guiding ideology of water resources manag ement,the content of water resources management is the concrete measure to r ealize water ecological civilization.2)According to the relationship between aquatic ecological civilization an d water resources management,the water resources management zoning index s ystem based on the concept of water ecological civilization was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,the index system includes the basic attributes of water resources,the attributes of economic and social development,the cur rent situation of water resources development and utilization,and the goal of water ecological civilization construction.3)This article use the method of cluster analysis and ArcGIS spatial co mbination to partition.First,ArcGIS is used to analyze the natural attributes of water resources,and the results of watershed division are obtained.And then use the fuzzy clustering method to analyze the economic and social developme nt attributes,the development and utilization of water resources and the index system corresponding to the goal of water ecological civilization construction,a nd then draw the results of the water resources management zoning.4)In this article,Liuyang City is divided into seven water resources man agement sub-district,according to watershed,regional water management objecti ves to carry out regional naming.The seven areas are:Daxi River source wate r source protection management area;Zhushuqiao Reservoir Drinking Water So urce Protection and Management Zone;Daxi River middle and lower reaches d evelopment and utilization area;Laodao river source of drinking water sourceprotection management area;Laodao river limit development and utilization ma nagement area;Nanchuan River Basin development control management area Li uyang River pollution control management area.5)According to the natural resources,water resources and management ob jectives of Liuyang water resources management sub-district,we put forward sp ecific management measures and suggestions to the management area.Based on the idea of water ecological civilization,this paper divides Liuya ng into seven sub-regions.The partition results in line with the management of Liuyang City,therefore partition management is conducive to the implementati on water resources management and water ecological civilization construction o f Liuyang City.
