The Research Of Perforating Optimization Technology In HTG Oilfield

It is an important part in the development of oil and gas fields to reasonably and maximization the productivity of oil and gas well.As the main method of well completion,the technology of perforation completion,has a very important influence on the productivity of oil and gas wells.HTG oilfield,as an old oilfield that has been developed for half a century.Currently,HTG oilfield has a severe situation of stable production of old wells,and the control of degressive indicators has become more difficult.The output has been declining year by year in recent years.In order to enhance the development benefit of the oil field and maximize and reasonably increase the recovery factor,reasonable perforating parameters,techniques,and processes need to be optimized.In this paper,firstly,the effect of perforation parameters on the yield ratio was studied quantitatively.According to the formula of the ratio of vertical well productivity,and the specific analysis was made in the form of a graph.Secondly,through the factors that affect the performance of perforating guns and perforating bullet,a suitable bullet combination for HTG oilfield is selected.Again,the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the perforation process are analyzed,and the perforation technology under different conditions is selected,and the weight sorting of 4 perforating processes is given by the analytic hierarchy process.Take the example of two wells HN3-22-1 and HN3-5,to calculate a reasonable negative pressure value under the negative pressure perforation.Through the reservoir characteristics of HTG oilfield,the sensitivity of the reservoir is analyzed.According to the analysis results,the formula of the perforating fluid is selected.Finally,the perforation optimization software based on MATLAB was developed in the windows environment.The software can calculate the ratio of vertical well production and negative pressure,and optimize the perforating gun bullets and perforating technology.The software operation interface is simple and practical.It can provide certain convenience for the design and construction of the perforating process on site.
