Available Of Cultivated Land Reserve Resources Based On Development Suitability Evaluation

The development of reserve resources for cultivated land is an important measure to supplement the balance of cultivated land and divination,guarantee agricultural production,and achievement a combination situation for ecological civilization construction and economic development.This study has evaluated the suitability of cultivated land reserve resources scientifically and arranged the development structure rationally.It can provide guarantee for regional food security.The text selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the study of foreign land evaluation,the research direction of domestic cultivated land reserve resources,research methods and research areas.The study is under the guidance of sustainable development theory,land scarcity theory and ecological security theory.According to the characteristics of each evaluation index,the suitability classification is divided into higher appropriate,higher suitable,moderately suitable,barely suitable and unsuitable.Based on the evaluation results,the new cultivated land coefficient and the newly added cultivated land area is obtained.The reserve resource abundance calculation model is constructed to partition the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Xiangfen County,which provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of resources.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Research on the suitability evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources.The study takes the suitability evaluation as the target layer,and takes the ecological safety,natural suitability and economic feasibility as the criterion layer,and selects 11 factors as the index layer to construct the development suitability evaluation system.The fuzzy mathematics evaluation method is used to analyze the contribution value of each index to the suitability degree.Through the fuzzy evaluation of the single valued result,the development suitability of the reserve resources is comprehensively obtained.The evaluation results show that the existing reserve resources of cultivated land in Xiangfen County can not meet the high appropriate standards,and it can be divided into four grades: higher suitable,medium suitable,barely suitable and unsuitable.(2)Research on the avaiable calculation of cultivated land reserve resources.Based on the evaluation of suitability,using the evaluation results,the higher and the appropriate and medium appropriateness are defined as the actual development potential.And the newly cultivated land resources and newly added cultivated land for the reserve resources of cultivated land are obtained.This study constructs the avilable measurement model with the same weight.With the help of Arc GIS spatial analysis function,the natural discontinuity method is used to divide the abundance value into four development and utilization areas,which are priority development area,key development area,moderate development area and first protect the development area.According to different suitability levels and utilization zones,the development and protection measures of cultivated land reserve resources in differentiated areas are implemented.While developing cultivated land,improving agricultural production levels,and ensuring food security,we will protect the ecological security of reserve resources,optimize the layout of cultivated land,improve the quality of cultivated land,build a harmonious agro-ecosystem,and realize the sustainable use of land resources.
