Geological factor evaluation method is a commonly used method in the evaluation of mining rights transfer income.The use of geological factor evaluation method is very demanding,so the application frequency is low.Through the analysis of the registration changes of exploration rights in each exploration stage from 2013 to 2017,it is known that the frequency of use of the geological factor evaluation method will be greatly improved,and it will become the mainstream method for the evaluation of mining rights transfer income.However,the expert review method used in the value index has problems such as subjectivity,inefficiency and high cost.In this paper,the fuzzy clustering principle is combined with the mineral resources evaluation system based on GIS technology to conduct an in-depth study on the expert evaluation method.Analyze the value of each type of value index and classify it according to whether the value law has ambiguity.The value index with no ambiguity is directly fixed;the value index with ambiguity is classified by fuzzy mathematics method,and then it is determined according to the classification.Therefore,this method is an improved method based on the expert review method.The calculation process of the optimization method is mainly composed of the following parts.Collecting geological factors evaluation method evaluation case;Select quantitative indicators for various types of value index characteristics;Sorting assessment cases according to characteristics;Establish various fuzzy standard model databases;Determining the fuzzy standard mode membership function;Substitute target data into each standard mode;Conduct comprehensive evaluation.Geological data from 20 gold mines was used to establish a standard model and Matlab is used to verify mode correctness.A gold mine in Yantai,Shandong Province was used as the solution target and substituted into the model to calculate the value index.Compare the calculation results with the mining rights assessment report data to verify the accuracy of the method.The verification results show that the method is more realistic in terms of evaluation speed and quality.And the more distinctive cases in the case database,the higher accuracy on the method.Through the design and testing process of the new method,the following conclusions can be drawn.1.Through the correlation test,the distance and rank correlation coefficient of associated minerals change with the change of regional mineralization geological condition value index.The distance and rank correlation coefficient of the associated minerals can be used to quantify the regional mineralization geological condition value index.2.Using the maximum water inflow,BQ value,ground motion peak acceleration and water quality grade can be better quantified to indicate the mining technology condition value index.Environmental geological factors have few effect on the value index of gold mines.3.The geological body entropy value is positively correlated with the prospecting mark value index.4.The entropy value of infrastructure and the distance between mining area and towns and roads are strongly correlated with the value index of infrastructure conditions.Using infrastructure entropy and the distance of mining area and town,road canbetter quantify the infrastructure condition value index.5.The maximum membership value of the target area in the standard mode is 0.996,0.825,0.549,0.919.It indicates that the value index ranges from 1.01~1.20?1.01~1.20?1~1.20?1.01~1.20,which are consistent with the results of the exploration rights assessment report.6.The optimization method is combined with the discretization method to obtain a specific value index.
