Research On Project Risk Evaluation Based On AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In recent years,under the overall influence of China's domestic economy and international economic environment,the growth rate of county economy has also slowed down.The traditional economy,especially the real consumption market economy,shows a downward trend,but the network sales market has withstood the pressure and risen against the market.Manufacturing market has shrunk and output has fallen,but e-commerce and related industries have maintained a rapid growth momentum.After consolidating the market in the first-tier cities,major e-commerce giants actively layout the second-tier and third-tier cities.With the popularization of the network,as well as the corresponding improvement of logistics,warehousing and other ancillary services,the consumer market that major e-commerce wants to seize has gradually moved down to the counties.It has become a trend to promote the development of county economy by e-commerce and to promote the prosperity of e-commerce by the development of county economy.Based on the analysis of the construction and management process of the agricultural product platform project of Jiangyin Botang E-commerce Company,and combining with the project management theory,this paper expounds the basic idea of the construction project management of the E-commerce platform.Through studying the basic theory of project management and IT project management theory,starting from the five links of project system analysis,organization design,plan formulation,implementation control and management,project information management,using the methods of EBS(Engineering Breakdown Structure),WBS(Work Breakdown Structure),Gantt chart and risk bar,etc.Management tools such as visual inspection and identification.In the way of case study,this paper discusses the whole process of the construction and implementation of county e-commerce platform in Jiangyin,and probes into the key issues that should be paid attention to in software project management and the norms that should be followed.Although the research on project risk management is relatively mature at home and abroad,there are few cases of applying project risk management to the development of rural e-commerce platform.Therefore,this study is not only a supplement to the theory of project risk management,but also an innovation that combines the theory of project risk management with the development project of rural e-commerce platform.Based on the excellent research results of project risk management at home and abroad,especially in the development of rural e-commerce platform,this paper takes Jiangyin Botang e-commerce company as an example,uses AHP method to determine the weight of risk indicators in the process of project development of Jiangyin Botang e-commerce company,and then uses the method of fuzzy evaluation mathematics to evaluate the risk indicators.Then the risk factors are analyzed in detail.The results show that the risk analysis and evaluation in the early stage of the project of rural e-commerce platform development has a certain guiding significance for the successful commissioning of the project.
