In the northeast and western regions of China,there is a very long and cold winter.Analyzing the measurement error law of electricity meter working in this environment is important for the interests of consumers and national energy security.Relying on the project called “Statistical Analysis and Research of Digital Data of Checklist Data” from the Low Temperature Laboratory of Heilongjiang Metrology and Testing Laboratory,the data statistical analysis software has been designed and developed according to the design ideas and engineering methods of software engineering,which is able to perform functions like rapid classification,statistics,analysis and visual display of the data.The software solves the problem of data processing in the laboratory and improves the work efficiency of researchers.Starting from the background and significance of the topic,this thesis firstly introduced the research status of data statistical analysis software at home and abroad,and explained the main work content and writing ideas of the thesis.Then,the related theories and techniques of the system design described in this thesis were introduced,and the frameworks,components and algorithms commonly used in actual development were highlighted.After that,the overall business requirements,software external interactions and data requirements were introduced in the system requirements analysis.The business requirements and functional requirements of data processing,image display,data statistics,data analysis and auxiliary management were mainly described in detail.Meanwhile,the non-functional requirements of the software were discussed in several aspects.Then,the system structure,functional structure and network structure of the software were introduced in the overall design.This system combined the VCL framework to develop the data statistical analysis software of C/S structure and used My SQL database for data interaction in data storage.Remote upload and download of files were conducted by using the FTP protocol.Subsequently,this thesis detailed design of the modules divided into the requirements.The data processing module was responsible for standardizing the data.The image display module used data visualization technology to display dull data in an intuitive image.The data statistics module was responsible for a variety of granularity error statistics and environmental data statistics.The data analysis module was responsible for the comparative analysis of the experimental data and the error data prediction under various test standards.The auxiliary management module was responsible for system management and data backup.In the following implementation,according to the design requirements in the text,the software code implementation,coverage requirements,and all module functions in the design were completed.Finally,the test cases were written,and the software was both functional and non-functional tested0 according to the test cases.The comprehensive evaluation of the software was completed by analyzing the test result.The test results of the cryogenic laboratory data statistical analysis software showed that its function and performance met the expected design goals,and the software had been actually operated in the cryogenic laboratory.User feedback has shown that the software can better meet the requirements of the daily statistical analysis work of the laboratory.Moreover,the statistical analysis results obtained after software processing provided a basis for accurately estimating the measurement accuracy of the electric energy meter in the cryogenic environment,and provided more robust support for the error law of the electric energy meter in the extreme environment.However,the software did not involve the real-time test of the meter data in the test site.Subsequent work could introduce camera and image recognition technology to further provide more effective tools and methods for the scientific work of the cryogenic laboratory.
