The Study On Green Development Efficiency Of China's Industrial Sector

In the past 40 years,with the rapid development of economy,the problem of environment and resource caused by the extensive development of traditional industrial system has become increasingly prominent.In the face of the imbalance of industrial ecology and the growth of production factors,it is urgent to find a green development path to achieve a win-win situation of economic growth and environmental protection.In October 2017,the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China stressed that China's economy should shift to a stage of high-quality development,and the five new development concepts should be firmly implemented,with improving the quality of the supply system as the main direction.In March 2019,the government work report once again stressed that green development is the inevitable requirement for building a modern economic system and the fundamental way to solve the pollution problem.Therefore,based on the definition of green industrial development at the Chinese academy of social sciences,on the basis of the concept of green industrial development efficiency are described,and discussed the economy,technology,structure,regulation and innovation of the five factors that affect the efficiency of the industrial development of green path,a reflection and build the environmental friendly and green industrial development efficiency model of economic growth.Choose 37 industry as the research object,this paper based on the 2001-2015 panel data set,from the Angle of the industrial green development efficiency are analyzed,and the factors that influence efficiency of green industrial development from the industry average size,property right structure,energy consumption structure and foreign trade situation,has carried on the empirical test.According to the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The overall efficiency of China's industrial green development is low,and the development among industries is unbalanced.2.The high efficiency of green development is mostly concentrated in industries with low energy consumption and high technology content,while the low efficiency of green development is mostly concentrated in industries with high energy consumption and serious pollution emissions.3.The average size of the industry,the concentration of the industry,the international trade system and the efficiency of green industrial development are significantly and positively correlated,and the proportion of coal consumption,state-owned and state-holding enterprises and the efficiency of green industrial development are negatively correlated.
