Research On Software Project Management Of S Company Based On CMMI High Maturity Model

As software project plays an important role in various industries and fields now days,its management is the key to customer satisfaction,market and business development.Especially,since the new century,computer software has achieved unprecedented breakthroughs and is a new driving force for the social development.Software will bring a revolution in the aspects of big data,3D printing or artificial intelligence.At this stage,the difficulties such as uncertain requirements,complex structures,large workloads,high risks,many stakeholders,technical difficulties,and tight time challenge the management of software projects.This paper uses the methods including literature research,case analysis,linear programming,Monte Carlo forecasting,etc.by combining with the actual application in S company,project management theory,and CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)requirements.This paper investigates the process of S company software project management based on the CMMI high maturity model,construct and verify a management system model in accord with the actual situation of the enterprise.The specific implementation measures are as follows: firstly,construct an organization-level process performance model(PPM)through the analysis of metric data accumulated over many years,verification and screening of the data to form an organization-level process performance baseline(PPB),and passing Regression analysis to form the relationship between various predictive factors;secondly,decompose organization-level business goals,combine causal analysis and resolution,find improvement points,and revise plans based on PPM analysis.The organization implements a pilot program to verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures through two-sample t test by the effectiveness of analyzing solutions of Monte Carlo simulation and setting up improvement plan;next,the promotion plan extends the effective measures to the entire organization,and the implementation results can also be verified by two-sample t test.Lastly,mature the software management the entire organization through continuous promotion and improvement.The problems of quantitative management of software project,insufficient model prediction ability,the difficulty on verifying the effects of measures,and disconnection between improvement and business goals are solved own to implementation of the software project management system of the CMMI high maturity model in S Company.Based on an in-depth understanding of the CMMI system and summarizing the research results of others and the actual situation of software project management of S company,a feasible software project management system of the CMMI high-mature model is set up,which improves the management level of S company and Competitiveness,and is a reference for other software project management in the industry.
