Application Of Phase Appraisal Model In Construction Project Management

The phase of the construction project requires the largest investment funds, the necessary resources and the longest time span. The tasks of the investment, progress control and quality control are magnitude heavy, so how to optimize the allocation of resources and dynamic management become so important. The current large-scale project management is difficult to achieve a breakthrough because of the problem of the technology complex, a long time construction period and too many departments. Based on the project management maturity model, through the research on the quality of management, security management and management of the progress, this paper established the phase appraisal model for progress, quality and security. With this model, construction enterprises can control the construction process effectively and timely to ensure the realization of the project management.In this paper, firstly, the construction project management maturity model is put forward from the project management maturity model and designs the key process area; Then based on the key process area of each stage of construction project management maturity model and the policy of China ,from the three aspects as security, quality and process of appraises the system research to obtain the system of the phase appraisal model for the construction project management and discusses the synthesis appraisal method choice in the foundation; Finally, the process stage appraisal model will be applied to a section of He-Wu high-speed railroad. It will provide basis for decision-making by analysis of the level of process management from the control and coordination.
