In recent years,China has been hit by an accident and frequent geological disasters have occurred.The Wenchuan “5.12” earthquake and the Lushan “4.20” earthquake caused huge losses,and its secondary disaster was even worse.The prevention and control of geological disasters have played a major role in reducing the property loss of the country and the people.With the increase of geological disaster prevention and control projects,the scale has also gradually increased,and the problems that arise have also increased.The geological disaster prevention and control projects have the characteristics of small scale,complex technology,and large construction difficulty,especially in construction projects,where there are many uncertainties and huge risks.If these risks are not strengthened or prevented from being effectively controlled,the project will not only promote difficulties,but even more will bring huge economic losses to the participating units.This article starts with the purpose and significance of the study.With a brief description of the local situation after the “4.20” earthquake in Lushan County,and the study of the common geological disasters and mechanisms of the Lushan Earthquake,the engineering characteristics of the prevention and control of the construction of the local disaster disaster project are obtained..According to the construction situation of the “4.20” disaster disaster in Lushan County,combined with relevant theories,the risk factors arising from the construction of geological disaster projects were identified,evaluated and controlled.In the process of risk identification research,this article used the expert survey method,checklist method and field survey method to identify the possible risk factors of the “4.20?? disaster project in Lushan County,and introduced and analyzed the main risk factors.In the risk assessment process,the author used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This paper first introduced the principle and calculation process of the analytic hierarchy process in detail,and then established a judgment matrix based on the risk factors identified in the construction of the “4.20” disaster disaster project in Lushan County.Calculate the weights and get the corresponding results after sorting.Finally,according to the calculation results of risk identification,combined with the theoretical methods of risk control and the author's experience in geological disaster prevention and control,corresponding risk control strategies and countermeasures are proposed.This thesis discusses and discusses the risk factors arising from the construction and prevention of the “4.20?? land disaster disaster project in Lushan County from both theoretical and practical aspects.The purpose of this paper is mainly to identify the risks arising from the construction of the land disaster disaster,and to adopt fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to calculate and quantitatively determine the main risks arising from the construction of the disaster prevention and control project based on the calculation results.The calculation method proposed by the author can theoretically fully analyze the risk factors generated during the construction of the disaster prevention and control project.The authors ranked the results based on the weights of the calculation results,and then proposed risk control strategies and countermeasures for similar projects,in the hope that they can provide guidance and guidance for the implementation of the project.
