The development of the manufacturing technology and the contention in the manufacturing market has forced the manufacturing enterprise to face a huge pressure in the product process,the quality and the cost field.How to improve the manufacturing flexibility and efficiency in the basic of improving the manufacturing ability and reducing the manufacturing cost has become a hard question.A profect workshop layout can not only improve the manufacturing ability,also promote the manufacturing efficiency and flexibility of the process of production.This paper will take a research on the workshop layout design and production plan associated optimization on the injection molding workshop of the F enterprise.The main work of this paper can be summarized by the following five points.(1).Take a research on the characteristics of the manufacturing in the injection molding workshop.Make sure to use the unit layout pattern on the injection molding workshop layout design.Establish the unit build and units system optimizate layout to be the two steps of it.(2).Doing the unit building process of the injection molding workshop.Build a mult-objective math-matical model which takes the material handling costs and the mould handling cost as the objectives.And then using the GA to design the calculate process.(3).In the unit system layout and asscoate optimization model,this paper has build a mult-objectives model which takes the logistics costs between units,the area of utilization,asscoate control index as model objectives.And using the GA to design the calculate process.(4).Using VB and MATLAB established the total framework of model simulation.Finished design the simulation system and unit system layout optimization mode.(5).Using the unit layout plan to design the injection molding workshop of the F enterprise.And then validate the practicability through comparing the initial plan and the optimal plan.
