At present,our country economy grows high-speed,the environment condition is worried,the resources is relatively short,in this situation,by 2020 to build a more than 100 million people of the higher level of the well-off society,realize the economic,social and environmental coordinated development,and develop the circular economy is the inevitable choice.In a large number of industrial areas to use organic raw materials,organic matter undergoes many transformations to achieve comprehensive recycling,such as agricultural cultivation,animal husbandry,food processing and organic chemical industries,and these comprehensive recycling has laid a solid foundation for the establishment of sustainable economic development.In the process of comprehensive recycling of organic matter,biogas is one of the key links.In this process,organic matter from agricultural products and other natural resources into livestock waste,such as livestock waste,through biogas,organic waste and transfer to generate new renewable resources.Therefore,to promote the construction of biogas engineering,for the establishment of sustainable development of economic system,protect the environment and save resources,promote the economy of our country from the traditional " three high" development mode,to resource conservation and environmentally friendly sustainable development mode of economic development mode transformation has a very important role.With the flat terrain,convenient transportation and climate suitability,planting and breeding industry is the first industry in the county.with the rapid growth of aquaculture,organic pollution has destroyed the environment and ecological balance,and the control of aquaculture pollution has become an important link for the sustainable development of economic health.this project combines the actual situation of the farm and the demand of biogas,the research and analysis of the investment risk analysis program,for the development of organic waste conversion to renewable resources,development of recycling economy,to provide reference andhelp for the treatment of aquaculture pollution.The research content of this project: 1,introduced the research background,the research content,the research idea and the research significance,analyzed the market demand of biogas;The construction plan of the project is introduced.3.Analysis of the project from the investment and risk aspects,mainly related to investment estimates,financial evaluation,benefit analysis and technical,economic and management risks;The paper introduces the organizational management,personnel management,construction unit,technical support unit.Finally,the conclusion and suggestions put forward that the construction of biogas project should be supported by the government environmental protection policy.The method of this project: 1.Using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,the relative engineering construction scheme suitable for the biogas project is selected.2,using financial evaluation calculation table,investment estimate table,comprehensive analysis of the gas supply plan,and choose suitable for the county of the biogas construction project.3.Identify risks in the project through a risk evaluation,The research results of this project: the project is technically and economically feasible,not only meets the requirements of urban master planning,but also has good economic,environmental and social benefits.
