Construction projects in China is becoming more massive,complicated and diversified.Meanwhile,the social environment and the economy environment for construction projects keep changing.Under this situation,the impact of various uncertainties on construction projects is increasingly prominent.Improving construction projects safety is still an urgent problem for all countries in the world.According to the data of our country in recent years,the safety status of the construction project still need to be improved.Risk management,as an important factor in determining the success of construction projects,has become one of important ways to improve the current status of the construction project safety.Therefore,It has a strong practical significance to study the risk management of construction projects indepth,and explore effective ways to understand the risk level of construction projects correctly and improve the efficiency of risk management.In this paper,the risk management of construction project is discussed from two aspects: risk level evaluation and risk management efficiency pre-evaluation.This paper begins with the connotation of risk,risk management and risk management efficiency,it points out that all of them has the character of uncertainty and this characteristic has a decisive effect in the process of risk management of construction projects by analyzing definition,characteristics of all of them and the formation mechanism of risk.Therefor,it is proposed that the content of uncertainty is the key to the research.Meanwhile,the paper clarifies the risk factors in the construction stage of construction project,summarizes and analyzes the main study methods of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control;Secondly,as the safety cost is very important in risk management,this paper chooses safety cost as a constraint condition,uses cloud model theory and interval scoring method to construct the risk classification evaluation model and risk management efficiency preevaluation model,which both are under the constrain of safety cost,and completes the research of uncertainty in risk management of construction projects.Risk level is evaluated from two aspects of risk occurrence and risk loss,and the method of using cloud model to obtain minimum effective output,expected effective output and maximum effective output is proposed to measure effective output of risk management.Finally,this paper uses an house project to do the empirical study.The results show that the cost data contained by using the construction of direct safety cost and indirect safety cost and the measurement method has a practical value,and they also show that risk management evaluation model under the constrain of safety cost are practicable and can provide a more reasonable decision-making basis for risk management of construction projects.
