Research On The Improvement Of Safety Management Of Construction Projects Of YS Company

With the intensification of market competition pressure in construction industry,safety management is the key point that determines the life and death of construction enterprises.Because YS company has deficiencies in strategic deployment,management philosophy and other aspects,some security accidents occurred and caused certain economic losses.How to improve the current situation of safety management is an urgent problem for YS company.This paper studies the status quo and characteristics of construction safety management at home and abroad,and analyzes the concept,characteristics and safety control points of construction process.In order to find out the problems existing in YS company's construction safety production management,this paper studies its safety management process and measures through field investigation,inquiry and observation.This paper adopts the comprehensive index evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the construction safety management of YS Company,and finds many problems,such as the imperfect safety production management system,backward production safety management mode,weak awareness of safety production management,the safety supervision of subcontractors is not in place,the administrative organ of production safety is not sound,the management materials of production safety are not standardized.Therefore,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures,including establishing and perfecting the management system of production safety,optimizing the management mode of production safety,cultivating advanced enterprise safety culture,and developing effective supervision system of subcontractors.We will strengthen the construction of safety management organizations and establish standardized safety management data for enterprises.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of YS company's safety production management,sorts out its existing problems,proposes improvement measures,and formulates the safety standardization evaluation system of construction enterprises,so as to provide scientific and standardized basis for daily safety production management evaluation.The method proposed in this paper has been tested by project experiment and production department,which has improved the safety awareness,safety skills and safety management level of all employees of YS company.
