The Comprehensive Evaluation And Countermeasure Research Of Ecological City Development Level In Anhui Province

With the rapid development of economy,the progress of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standard,the problem of ecological environment in China is becoming more and more serious,which threatens people's healthy life.In recent years,the party and the state have been working on the construction of ecological cities.It is suggested that the development of cities should take the road of intensive,intelligent,green and low-carbon.Anhui is adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta area,with well-developed transportation and abundant tourism resources.It is the most vigorous developing area in the central part of China.However,in the development of economy,Anhui province has also increased its consumption of resources,which has seriously hindered its urban ecological development.Because of the unique geographical location of Anhui,the level of urban ecological development is seriously unbalanced,and the factors that influence the development of urban ecology are also different.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development level of Anhui's urban ecosystem and its influencing factors,and to promote the ecological development of Anhui.First,the paper analyses the regional ecological development of Anhui Province in the last 7 years,and finds that there is a problem of unbalanced ecological development among cities.Through the analysis of literature and information,experts summarize the research results and combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province,set up a comprehensive evaluation of ecological development level of Anhui province city system,this system including of ecological economy,ecological environment,resource saving and pollutant emission and control the five rule layer.A total of 25 representative indexes are selected from the standard layer.Secondly,the index weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.The two weights are combined to determine the weight of the final index.Then through the grey comprehensive evaluation method,the ecological development level of 16 cities in Anhui province is evaluated comprehensively.Comprehensive ranking of correlation degree of ecological development level is Huangshan(0.8492)>Chizhou(0.6903)>Luan(0.6766)>Bozhou(0.6451)>Suzhou(0.6159)>Bengbu(0.6036)>Anqing(0.5842)>Xuancheng(0.5825)>Chuzhou(0.5819)>Fuyang(0.5678)>Wuhu(0.5292)>Hefei(0.5282)>Huaibei(0.5286)>Tongling(0.4589)>Huainan(0.4394)>Maanshan(0.3763).The level of urban ecological development in southern of Anhui is better than the northern of Anhui Province,but the level of urban development in each region is uneven,and each has its own characteristics.Finally,according to the grey correlation coefficient matrix,analysis the problems in the ecological development of each city.Combining to the actual situation in various regions,put forward ten suggestions,including increasing economic development,increasing support for clean energy,environmental protection industry,optimizing urban spatial layout,improving residents' resource conservation,environmental protection awareness,adjusting the economic structure,and reducing the dependence of economic development on energy consumption and so on.
