| With the continuous increase of China’s urban population and the continuous expansion of urban scale, and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the pressure on urban transportation system is increasing day by day.In order to meet the travel requirements of urban people and improve travel efficiency, urban rail transit represented by subway has entered a stage of rapid development. At present,51 cities in China have opened urban rail transit system operation lines, with a total mileage of8708 kilometers. The construction of a huge subway project inevitably leads to the generation of a large amount of construction waste and the waste of natural resources, among which the pressure from the construction site is the most obvious. At present, the management of construction waste on the subway construction site in most parts of China is relatively simple and rough, and there is no standardized classification standard and information management platform, which leads to the difficulty of on-site classification and sorting, high management cost of waste reduction, low overall recycling efficiency and so on.At the same time, open stacking and landfill not only cause great pressure on the environment, but also constitute potential safety hazards, which is the key and difficult problem to be solved in the process of urban rail transit construction.Based on this, this study carried out relevant research on the subway project in Kunming, obtained the sources and types of construction waste in different construction stages of the subway project, analyzed the influencing factors of the output of three main types of construction waste, namely engineering waste soil, waste mud and engineering concrete, calculated the largest engineering waste soil, and predicted the output trend by using the grey prediction model.According to the analysis results, further explore the negative impact of construction waste on human security and ecological environment. As the main body of project management, the Contractor’s consciousness and decision-making directly or indirectly affect the generation and treatment of construction waste on the construction site.Based on the theory of planned behavior and literature research, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the Contractor’s willingness to reduce construction waste management.Combined with expert opinions and field research, six main influencing factors are obtained, and the research hypothesis model of contractor’s construction waste reduction management intention is put forward.Carry out empirical research through questionnaire survey, use statistical software SPSS to process and analyze the recovered data, verify the corresponding research assumptions, finally get the influence size and function relationship of the influencing factors of the Contractor’s construction waste reduction management intention, and analyze its internal causes in combination with the actual situation. The results show that the reduction management attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, project conditions, enterprise strategy and economic benefits have different degrees of impact on the Contractor’s reduction management intention.Among them, the project conditions have the greatest impact, followed by perceptual behavior control. The impact of reduction management attitude, economic benefits and subjective norms on the Contractor’s willingness to reduce construction waste management decreases in turn.In addition, the enterprise strategy and economic benefits positively affect the management attitude of construction waste reduction, and the project conditions and economic benefits positively affect the perceptual behavior control, thus affecting the Contractor’s willingness of construction waste reduction management. Finally, based on the stakeholders involved in the construction waste reduction management, combined with the empirical research results of the generation characteristics of construction waste of subway project and the willingness of construction waste reduction management, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the contractor to implement the construction waste reduction management from the three levels of government, contractor and society. |
