With the rapid advancement of Chinese urbanization,the field of engineering construction ushered in the opportunity of vigorous development.The implementation of engineering construction projects will inevitably produce a large amount of construction waste,and the problem of construction waste in the city has become an important issue affecting the image of the city and the development of the construction industry.Governance problems of construction waste has attracted wide attention of the society,but the department in charge of construction waste management involves different all kinds of interest subjects and related industrial chain,therefore,scientific and effective choice of the mode of construction waste management and make it conform to the requirements of the environmental protection and sustainable development,this will be the current researchers and management mechanism is an urgent need to solve the problem.Green construction is to protect the environment and save resources as the goal,so the concept of green construction into construction waste management will be the future development trend.Based on the theory and method of system dynamics,combined with relevant statistical data,and considering the feedback relationship in the fields of society,economy and ecology,this paper adopts Vensim software to carry out simulation analysis on the basis of the concept of green construction.In this paper,52 indicators are screened,and the whole process management system of construction waste and the dynamics subsystem of three implementation stages are constructed.The complex relationship between influencing factors and construction waste management is studied,and then the construction waste management mode is further studied.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)The actual situation of waste management at home and abroad was compared and studied.This paper makes a systematic comparison of the present situation at home and abroad from the aspects of construction waste quantification,cost management,reduction management,resource management,recycling and reuse,and determines the research direction of this paper.(2)The construction waste management mechanism based on the concept of green construction has been improved.The concept of green construction and whole-process management is defined,and the concept of green construction and whole-process management mode are applied to construction waste management on the basis of the existing theoretical research.(3)A dynamic model of whole-process construction waste management system based on the concept of green construction is established.Based on the scientific analysis of the influencing factors of the whole process management of construction waste,the index system is determined,and the causality diagram and the inventory flow diagram are drawn by using Vensim software.(4)An empirical study on the whole-process management of construction waste based on the concept of green construction was carried out.With the support of specific case data,simulation analysis is carried out to study the trend of landfill cost,recycling cost and output ratio of the whole-process management of construction waste based on the concept of green construction.(5)Suggestions for the whole-process management of construction waste based on the concept of green construction are put forward.Based on a series of theoretical and empirical studies,the countermeasures and suggestions for considering the concept of green construction are put forward from the perspectives of source management,construction process management and terminal management respectively.The research result of the paper will further enrich the existing theory of construction waste management in our country,to scientifically formulate construction waste management system and provide theoretical basis for implementation,and promote China’s emerging industries such as construction waste disposal and waste treatment on the development and the formation of the industrial chain,eventually contribute to achieve the strategic goal of the sustainable development.
