Multi-wire saw is an important equipment to prepare the product substrate in the photoelectric information industry.The quality of the slice directly affects the quality and the yield of the following process.Multi-wire cutting is a new cutting technology which cuts the workpiece into hundreds or thousands of thin pieces at the same time by the high-speed reciprocating motion of the cutting line.Compared with the traditional inner circle and outer circle cutting,it has the advantages of high precision,high efficiency and less material loss,and has become the mainstream equipment for slicing.Tension control is a key technique for multi-wire cutting,and the amplitude and frequency of the tension will directly affect the quality of the slice.Although there are a lot of research on multi-wire saw in our country,there is little research on tension control.Tension control technology is mainly mastered by few developed countries.Therefore,considering the two aspects of theory and practice,it is necessary to study and apply the tension control system.In this paper,the tension control system of multi-wire saw has the problems of large static overshoot,large steady-state error and large fluctuation of tension during acceleration.Aiming at these problems,a closed loop tension control system is designed and its mathematical model is established.A closed loop tension control strategy based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed by analyzing the tension interference factors in the line process of multi-wire saw.The MATLAB simulation analysis and the machine test are carried out,and the high precision tension control is realized.In the first chapter,the background knowledge of the research is introduced,and the research status of multi-wire saw and the tension control strategy at home and abroad is analyzed.Besides,the significance,purpose and content of the research are put forward.In the second chapter,the working principle of multi-wire saw is analyzed from two aspects of machinery and control.The overall design of the tension control system is given,and its working principle is expounded.The design of control system and the selection of hardware are carried out.In the third chapter,the mathematical model of the tension control system is set up,and the characteristics of the system are analyzed.The factors that cause the disturbance to the tension precision are studied,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.In the fourth chapter,the tension control system is simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB,and the control effect of PID control and fuzzy PID control is compared.In the fifth chapter,the tension control experiment is carried out based on the self-developed cutting equipment,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.In the sixth chapter,The summary and prospect are carried out.The main achievements of this paper are summarized,and the future work is prospected.
