In the process of refining wastewater pretreatment,conventional unit technology such as oil separation tank and air flotation are difficult to meet the actual demand.The design concept of cyclone flotation technology is based on the air flotation and hydrocyclone separation.The cyclone flotation technology has the advantages of compact structure,high oil-water separation efficiency and gets rapid development in the field of air flotation water purification.In this paper,the industrial-grade cyclone flotation unit with the design capacity of 100 m3/h is first designed at home and abroad.The study method such as design calculation and CFD numerical simulation are used and the field test is carried out after the construction of the unit.At the same time,the specific reseach of efficient microbubble generating technology is conducted and a new kind of axial swirling microbubble generator is creatively designed and the laboratory experiments is also carried outThe BIPTCFU-100 type cyclone floating efficient oil removal device consists of cyclone floating tank,microbubble generator,three-phase separation tank,single screw pump and fully automatic self-cleaning filter.Through preliminary structural design and key structure optimization based on CFD numerical simulation,the mechanism size of cyclone floating tank and three-phase separation tank was determined.The results of field test show that the oil removal efficiency of the cyclone floating device is significant,and the maximum oil removal efficiency is 90.33%when the inlet flow researches 77 m3/h.In order to further increase the compactness of the cyclone oil removal device,an axial swirling microbubble generator is designed in this paper.The axial swirling microbubble generator consists of annular air injecting mechanism and bubble breaking mechanism.The measured average microbubble diameter is between 69.326 ?m and 129.001 ?m which affected by water flow rate and gas injection ratio.In the experiment of oil separation,the volume dimension of axial swirling microbubble generator is about 1/26 of the microporous air injection microbubble generator,but the oil removal efficiency is basically the same.The advance of the axial swirl microbubbles is proved directly.
