The parameters such as nitrogen oxide emission in the existing environmental emission design index of the#5 unit of a power plant cannot meet the requirements of"super-clean emission"proposed by the Guangdong government,which is not higher than 50mg/Nm~3.To adapt to the latest emission standards of thermal power units in the country,in this paper,the low nitrogen oxide emission of 330MW coal-fired boiler in power plant was analyzed.Firstly,the harmfulness and formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides were analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of this project were analyzed in combination with the laws and regulations of government air pollutant emission.The development trend of flue gas denitration,at home and abroad,and the influence factors of flue gas NOx reduction and NOx technology's influence on the efficiency of the boiler flue gas analysis were researched,at the same time of low nitrogen combustion technology,SCR denitration technology were studied.According to a certain power plant boiler operation characteristics and combined with the domestic existing technology,the low nitrogen combustion technology based on optimizing air distribution and SCR denitration technology of combining the plan were selected to reduce nox emission of flue gas process.To master the practical operation of modified boiler characteristics,the problems existing in the running was found to study the boiler after retrofiting SCR NOx emission of#5 boiler and the realization of the research on the influence of the boiler efficiency and low nitrogen combustion after transforming of NOx emission boiler flue gas and the influence of the boiler efficiency.After the SCR modification,the experimental study included the influence of analysis on boiler efficiency,the influence of the main auxiliary equipment induced fan and air preheater.Low nitrogen combustion retrofit related adjustment experiment was carried out after the boiler combustion adjustment and benefit after transformation operation parameters optimization,the analysis on the boiler thermal efficiency of coal and the influence of the concentration of NOx emission,boiler thermal efficiency and NOx concentration between economic analysis and conclusions.The experimental research has been achieved the goal of realizing ultra-low NOx emission from 330MW coal-fired boiler in a power plant,and also provides scientific basis and technical support for the daily operation and maintenance operation.
