Ultra-low emissions from coal-fired power plants renovation project has more content,larger one-time investment,shorter construction period,complex stakeholders and strict construction quality,remarkable social benefit.In view of actual situation of domestic coal-fired power plant currently,combining with characteristics which can design,purchase,and construction simultaneously of EPC mode,more and more thermal power enterprise under the situation of increasingly strict environmental requirements adopts EPC mode to carry out ultra-low emission renovation.This paper which takes JR # 2 and # 1 unit ultra-low emission renovation EPC project as research object,firstly,we systematically analyze schedule management problems of the completed # 2 unit ultra-low emissions renovation EPC project from construction drawing design plan,material supply plan,construction plan,and analyze reasons of these problems.Secondly,with # 1 unit ultra-low emissions EPC project will to be implemented,combined with schedule management problems of # 2 unit ultra-low emission problems EPC project,on the basis of work breakdown structures(WBS),propose schedule management design plan of schedule management of # 1 unit ultra-low emissions renovation EPC project which mainly includes construction drawing design plan,material supply plan,construction installation plan and project schedule plan,and adopt critical path method to find out critical path project from project schedule.Finally,we give an implementation plan of schedule management of # 1 unit ultra-low emissions renovation EPC project which mainly includes control points,control methods,progress execution and control measures.The schedule management design plan and implementation plan of schedule management of # 1 unit ultra-low emissions renovation EPC project not only optimize schedule management of JR # 2 units ultra-low emissions EPC project,but also has directly reference value for schedule management of # 1 unit ultra-low emissions renovation EPC project.This paper has a good reference to schedule management of ultra-low emission renovation projects and similar projects in thermal power plants.
