Coal is the main source of energy in China and the safe production of it cannot be ignored.In the modern fully-mechanized mining work surface,efficient operation of the belt conveyor can ensure the efficient and safe production of the coal mines.As the core transmission component of belt conveyor,reducer is one of the main fault sources of the belt conveyor.So it is very necessary to perform fault detection of reducers.The existing belt conveyor reducer signal acquisition and detection system has such problems as low sampling rate,slow processing speed,and poor human-machine interaction performance.The paper starts with the research significance of the data acquisition and analysis of the belt conveyor reducer and the development status of the embedded system.Focusing on specific conditions,the characteristics of vibration signal of belt conveyor reducer,noise reduction algorithm,embedded hardware system,and corresponding embedded software were studied.The main work of this paper could be summarized as follows:1)By analyzing the structure of the typical belt conveyor reducer,the characteristics of the corresponding vibration signal were analyzed,which provided a basis for the selection of noise reduction algorithms.Two types of noise reduction methods,fast fourier transform and wavelet analysis,were used to denoise the vibration signal of the experimental platform,and the noise reduction effects of the two signal processing algorithms were compared.The experimental research shows that the wavelet denoising has better noise reduction effect.In this paper,wavelet denoising was used as signal denoising method in the data acquisition system.2)According to the functional requirements of the data acquisition and analysis system of the belt conveyor reducer,OMAP-L138 was selected as the system core controller and the hardware circuit of the system was designed around it.The system hardware was divided into a core controller module,a clock power supply module,a storage module,a data acquisition module,and a communication interface module.According to the divided functional modules,the hardware circuits of each module were designed,and the hardware circuit of the data acquisition system were designed.3)According to the development of the embedded software,the software development platform was built.The serial port terminal,virtual machine software,and cross-compilation tool chain were installed on the host-side.Linux-side tftp and nfs services were set up.At the same time,according to the actual requirements of the data acquistion system,the uboot and Linux kernel were configured.BusyBox was used to make the corresponding file system and the embedded transplantation was implemented.4)For the functional requirements of the data acquisition and analysis system of the belt conveyor reducer,the system software was designed.Considering the dual-core architecture of OMAP-L138,the dual-core communication program was designed by using TI's Syslink components.FFT operation and wavelet denoising algorithm of DSP terminal were implemented.The design of the human-machine interaction interface was developed by using the Qt program.5)The hardware module of the data acquisition system of the belt conveyor reducer was tested.Through field acquisition of vibration data of belt conveyor reducer,the whole system was tested.At the end of this thesis,the summarization of the research and expectation of the related technology development were presented.
