Frequency conversion energy-saving equipment is widely used in the oil field with its superior performance.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as the low efficiency of the pumping unit's inverted power generation and the heavy side harmonics.It is easy to reduce the power factor of the system if the power properly of the pumping unit doesn't be handled.And the frequent high-voltage shocks generated by the pumping unit woud damage the equipment.If we can effectively use the inverted power,we can save a lot of costs for oil field production.This subject mainly focuses on the problem of pumping unit reversed power generation and designs a multi-oil well frequency conversion group control reciprocal feed control strategy based on the characteristics of field operations in the oil field.Which can achieve energy-efficient production and effectively solve the unreasonable treatment of the inverted power generation.For the problems caused by backward electricity generation during the downward stroke operation of the beam pumping unit causing damage to the equipment and wasting of electric energy,this subject analyzes the energy saving effect of the pumping unit motor in the ideal mutual feed state,and analyzes the energy saving effect and the relationship between energy saving effect and group control radius.A mutual-feedback energy-saving control strategy for adjusting the state of a pumping unit motor through frequency conversion was designed.The strategy reads field data to monitor the running status of the pumping unit in real time,determines the frequency modulation target according to the analysis,and changes the stepping of the pumping unit unti the state of the motor is adjusted to the time of just feeding back.Then,the voltage of the common DC bus is stable,and the inverted power can be used by motors in other power consumption states.In this paper,using MATLAB/Simulink software to build the simulation model of working conditions under the common DC bus according to the load characteristics of the pumping unit.The variable-frequency cross-feedback control process of two oil wells was simulated using the oil well variable-frequency group control feedback control strategy.The simulation results proved the feasibility of the control strategy.Based on this,the effects of different state distributions of three wells and four oil wells are simulated and compared.The state adjustment scheme for frequency conversion and mutual feedback of oil well group control is obtained.The oil well group controlled frequency conversion mutual feedback system experiment platform was established.The constant voltage ratio control of the asynchronous motor was realized through the inverter.PLC was used as the controller to communicate with the inverter.The control command was sent from the touch screen to the PLC.The experimental data was collected by the industrial control computer.And through the Labview program to display and record.The experiment verifies the feasibility of the state-adjustment of the back-generating energy fed back to the well motor.The experimental results show that the energy-saving control strategy can effectively reduce the common DC bus voltage fluctuations and effectively use the falling power generation energy to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
