| With rapid development of computer technology all over the world and the acceleration of economic globalization.The erection of drilling derrick shows a tendency of timeliness.stabilization and security in the field of manufacturing.The traditional erection methods of drilling derrick are mainly based on experience,lack of systematic theory support.So,it is of great significance to study and analyze the methods of drilling derrick erection.Although there are theories of for structural analysis drilling derrick,it is obscure in the demonstration of model establishment,and the correctness and efficacy of the model still need to be further clarified.For the problems above-mentioned,study the establishment technology for drilling derrick model.Firstly,the types and differences of the drilling derrick were introduced.Then,two methods of the model establishment were proposed according to the characteristics of derrick models.One was rapid design: the model of the parameterized drilling derrick was established in the light of structures and material characters of the models.Another was simplifying model: general models selected as typical paradigm,the synthetic simplifying model was established integrating the simplified research of k-type derrick with finite clement theory.However,the repetitiveness of analyses and optimizations for the model was inevitable and could be a difficult and tedious process.In order to establish reliable product model and to avoid repeating design and shorten developing periods,the established model was parameterized treatment,namely,the quick-adjusting of the model can be realized via the constraint of parameters.To make the drilling derrick model more systematic,the secondary-development techniques based on NX were used to make the model to reach automatic assembly result.NX 8.0 software selected as development platform and Visual Studio as integrated development environment,creating a rapid design system of drilling derrick.Considering the maneuverability,some assist interactive interfaces were designed,thus designers could input key parameters to actuate NX 8.0 to establish 3D models,and the rapid optimization and the modification could be also accomplished through the relevant interface.At last,for the convenience of customers to use the model in different CAD software and keep information lossless,a universal model for drilling derrick was established.The model established in this paper appeared good accuracy,practicality and timeliness,contributed to the design and optimization of drilling derrick and provided reference to manufacturers. |
