With the constant development of petroleum exploration industry,gradually emerging various oil drilling-rig of more powerful function and higher automation.Shortage in the process of product' design and development more and more obvious.The traditional design method far can't satisfy the needs of the enterprise,Therefore improving the current oil drilling equipments' design method and means and the design efficiency becomes especially important.This article mainly studies oil drilling derrick parametric modeling technology based on UG secondary development,at the same time,describes and extracts the product information using neutral file of the STEP standard.Finally designs a oil drilling derrick design and development system,achieves the encapsulation of product design characteristics and product design experience and rules.The system contains several function module to meet the various demands of product design.So as to improve the.Whole design efficiency of products.Specific content as follows:Parametric modeling of oil rig derrick.Analyzes the basic principle and method of parameterized design,integrates product design information of oil drilling derrick,Establishes constraints and designs related parameters,creates the key parts and the whole structure parameterized model of oil drilling derrick.Secondary development design based on UG.With C++ programming language as the design language,combined with UG/Open API,achieves the UG secondary development design.Uses the scripting language providing by UG/Open MenuScript to Modify the UG interface menu,adds the response to the menu.Accomplishes the customize dialog' user-defined design by UG/Open UIStyler.Through the UG/open API interface launches the UG modeling procedure,generates models automatically.Implement information extraction and storage of STEP neutral files.Analyzes the grammatical structure of the neutral files in STEP standard and the basic principles of data extraction.Constructs lexical analyzer,accomplishes information extraction.Forms a single source of product data and stores it in the relational database.The realization of storage database.Taking SQL Server as a storage database,uses SQL language to realize adding or deleting and searching the information of oil drilling derrick.To set up oil rig derrick design and development system.The system will gather parameterized modeling technology,UG secondary development technology,the information extraction from neutral file of STEP standard,and database technology.Designs a humanized human-computer interaction interface and multiple functional windows.The system can accomplish the following functions: the key parts' information input and extraction of oil drilling derrick,rapid designing oil drilling derrick' parts and whole structure model,STEP neutral file information extraction and importuning?quering and modifying the information in the database.
