Rotary kiln coal injection blow(hereinafter referred to as the pulverized coal injection)system is an important part of the ironmaking production process.Its main function is the pulverized coal injection into rotary kiln,the use of pulverized coal combustion to precise control the temperature of rotary kiln,rotary kiln temperature to meet the requirements of the production process.The rotary kiln heating process with coal instead of coke is an important measure to save energy costs and coke resources.Rotary kiln coal injection system of continuity,stability and reliability requirements is very high,which requires injection of pulverized coal in the production process to achieve a higher level of automation control.In the engineering construction,the introduction of the concept of automatic control,instead of manual operation,and the design in the production process and gradually improve.In this paper,in combination with the rotary kiln coal injection production technology based on the design of Bayuquan pellet plant using pulverized coal injection system for precise control of temperature in rotary kiln.The temperature of rotary kiln is controlled by the amount of pulverized coal injected into the rotary kiln,so the precise control of the pulverized coal is an important condition for the production of rotary kiln.Coal storage in coal injection tank,control the amount of pulverized coal by the tank pressure in coal injection process size.Nitrogen flow in the pipeline plays a role in boosting the pulverized coal,controlling the rate of the pulverized coal flowing into the rotary kiln.So the nitrogen flow control of pulverized coal injection tank pressure value and the value of the coal pipe is an important parameter for accurate control of the quantity of coal.In the production of rotary kiln,the temperature of rotary kiln is changed according to the process requirement.How to control the amount of pulverized coal accurately to meet the requirement of rotary kiln is the main control task.The length of the Bayuquan coal pipe rotary kiln is 1500 meters,is the longest domestic coal pipe.With previous PCI system of pulverized coal injection experience value for the system control effect of coal injection is not good,so in this set of pulverized coal injection control system parameter setting in introducing "self-learning" thought,the optimization of pulverized coal injection in each parameter values.So that the system can accurately control the amount of coal powder,to meet the requirements of rotary kiln production.In pulverized coal injection process due to the high technology requirements,need operator positions in pulverized coal control system interface and frequent operations of the workload is very big.The control system in the control logic to write "a key to start the program,make operation personnel in pulverized coal injection need only one button operation,the system can be in accordance with the process of pulverized coal injection control.Greatly reducing the workload of the staff,and reduce the enterprise to the staff of the investment,for the enterprise to reduce the human capital.After debugging a certain stage,the quality of coal pulverized coal tank is uniformly reduced,that the amount of pulverized coal stability control of the system.Different temperature and the temperature in rotary kiln meet production need to prove this system meet the accurate control of pulverized coal injection to control the temperature in rotary kiln.
