An Empirical Study On Green Development Of Industrial In Wuhan City

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the "innovation,harmonious and green,open,sharing" of the five development philosophy,adhere to the rich green power,benefit the people,promoting the construction of beautiful China.In October 2014,the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee adopted a special project to promote the construction of ecological civilization in accordance with the law,and required the formulation and improvement of relevant ecological laws and regulations.In October 2015,the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee promoted the concept of green development to the governance of the party and the country.In his speech at the national university of Singapore,general secretary xi had a deep understanding of the concept of green development.Green development concept is to adhere to the basic state policy of resource conservation and environmental protection,insist on sustainable development,the formation of new pattern of the modernization construction of the harmonious development of man and nature,makes a new contribution to the global ecological security.Industry green development is the future direction of development,but also promote the supply side structural reform,promote the steady growth of industrial restructuring of the important measures to promote the energy saving achieve authors,increase efficiency,is beneficial to increase the effective supply of green products and services,supplement the green development.In the process of human development,we are always confronted with the obstacles of resources and environment.In order to break through such bottlenecks,green development has become an inevitable choice for major countries in the world.In our country,the industrial development model is still relatively extensive,and the situation of resource consumption and environmental pollution is not optimistic,and the transformation of the green industrial system should be carried out.In fact,green industry is a historical trend and an important way for a country to pursue Sustainable economic development.Refers to the green development: mainly through ascension resourcesdevelopment efficiency and cleaner production capacity to measure,to upgrade traditional industries,actively relying on technological innovation in the process,and form a complete set of laws and regulations,to speed up the implementation to promote the efficiency of the whole industrial system,and realize the industrial harmonious coexistence with the environment.At present,the emission of industrial pollutants in Wuhan are high,and low emission,low energy consumption and green development path should replace traditional high emission,high energy consumption and high pollution development path.In this paper,the data of 15 indicators of industrial development,industrial pollution control,industrial pollutant emission and industrial resource consumption in Wuhan are selected for nearly 10 years.And in this paper,the entropy method is used to evaluate the industrial green development of Wuhan city.It is found that the degree of industrial greenization in Wuhan is increasing,but there are also some problems,such as the rate of industrial development has decreased,industrial pollution control capacity declined and large emission of pollutants.According to the shortage of industrial green development in Wuhan,the paper puts forward the path of industrial green development in Wuhan.And the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to meet the demand of industrial green development in Wuhan.
