Design And Implementation Of CAD System For Automatic Jacquard Glove Machine

With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of safety and the demand for fashion,gloves have become essential for people’s life.Full automatic electronic jacquard machine can not only be used for the production of ordinary families,but also can be used for large-scale production of enterprises,in the domestic demand is very large.Therefore,the development of new gloves jacquard control system and its CAD system has become the focus of the current domestic textile enterprises.The main research content of this paper is to design and research the CAD system of the glove jacquard machine,in order to realize the design and production process of the jacquard gloves with the corresponding control system.In this paper,we first introduce the research background,analysis of the domestic and foreign gloves jacquard CAD system research status,then the jacquard glove knitting machine mechanical structure,weaving process and control system are described briefly,and then leads to the coordination of the control system is a description of the process the script,is proposed to cope with the control system and the process of script a CAD system software design scheme and realization method.The main research results are as follows:(1)Design of a glove jacquard process description script language.The scripting language used in glove machine process documents to describe the control information of all the control objects on the all automatic glove machine,glove machine by the control system to the process documents were script parsing and action execution.(2)Put forward a design scheme of automatic glove knitting jacquard CAD system,using software engineering design method,the system was designed in module.The software system is divided into four parts of "design input and management module","pattern template data generation","pattern graphic display and editing module’","process description and conversion module".(3)Research multi-view and split window frame,combined with double buffer display method,the glove patterns of multi-layer display and rapid rolling zoom and other functions;the gloves each part of the process and its script description method,realizes the conversion function of pattern data to generate the corresponding process documents.The design of the glove jacquard CAD system after nearly a year of user use and function upgrade,system stability and reliability continue to improve,the system function and the user interface is also continuous improvement.The user feedback,jacquard CAD system of the glove can aided design round finger,half finger,flat finger,ingot,five fingers socks and other different glove patterns,and support 5,7,10 needles per inch different models,but also to achieve craft gloves is special socks with,joint special function,good completion of the expected development of technical indicators.Compared with similar gloves jacquard CAD system has many advantages such as convenient operation,beautiful interface,perfect function and so on.
